Richard H. Merritt – Chairman
Dick was the co-founder in 1982 and now has thirty years of experience in the construction machinery business. His responsibilities now are primarily administrative however Mr. Merritt still enjoys getting involved in the sales side of the business.
James C. Dobbs – President/Sales Manager
Jim has been with Cen-Cal machinery since 1983, having started in our parts department. Adding to his already extensive product knowledge, during his time in the field the last several years, Jim has become "Mr. Product Knowledge".

Paul D. Dittrich – Rental Manager
Paul has been with Cen-Cal since 2001 and oversees the rental department with a heavy dose of parts. Carrying a degree in engineering, Paul is quick to rise to any task within the company. Paul is an avid blues music fan and enjoys following the Denver Broncos and Fresno State Bulldogs.
Robert J. Begley - Parts Manager
Robert has been with Cen-Cal Machinery since 2002 and has been in the industry since 1995. Robert has developed a talent for procuring parts for all types, models, and brands of equipment.
Mike Hughes – Service Manager
Mike has been with Cen-Cal Machinery since 2005, first as a field technician, and now as service manager. Mike brings over twenty years experience with heavy equipment and has received extensive manufacturer training. Mike enjoys spending time with his sons and fishing.
